What is Power Lunch?

 

This is a collaborative effort from Total Training Yoga and Big City Bread. We want to give people the opportunity to get a great hour of exercise during lunch and then receive a healthy lunch to take with you back to work! We feel strongly that the working professional is always on a time crunch, so let us do the multi-tasking for you.

Come to our website each week and see which lunch class you want to take, then look at the menu options listed below for that day. You then pick out which lunch option you prefer for that day. You will pay just $15 for your lunch and your class. You have both Tuesday and Thursday power hour lunch class at 12:15pm.

Your lunch will be delivered while you are doing the class. No standing in line waiting for your lunch order, no deciding where to go get lunch, just come work out and you get to choose from three healthy lunch options. You’ll feel better all day….we promise!!

Each day, you can pre-order any of the three lunch options: a healthy sandwich, salad, or grain. In order to ensure your order is received, you need to place your order by 11:00 am the day of your Power Lunch Class.

To place your order, simply click one of the links below each day of the week’s options. An email window will pop up. All you do is press and send! Your meal is included in the price of your Power Lunch Class, so you will pay at Total Training Yoga.

Sandwich – Prosciutto di Parma ham, roasted & marinated summer squash with Provencal herbs, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, baby lettuces and Dijon on sour dough

Salad – House salad of mixed baby lettuces, sliced red peppers, shaved red onion, carrots, mixed country olives and shaved turkey breast

Grain – Fresh sliced vine ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, sweet summer basil, olive oil, balsamic demi, fresh pepper and French sea salt
