What Is Power Lunch?

This is a collaborative effort from Total Training Yoga and Big City Bread. We want to give people the opportunity to get a great hour of exercise during lunch and then receive a healthy lunch to take with you back to work!! We feel strongly that the working professional is always on a time crunch, so let us do the multi-tasking for you.


Go to our website each week and see which lunch class you want to take, then look at the menu options for that day. You then pick out which lunch option you prefer for that day. You will pay just $15 for your lunch and your class. There are several classes each week to choose from!! You have Pilates on Tuesdays, Vinyasa Flow on Wednesdays, Power Yoga on Thursdays, and Tai Chi on Fridays. Your lunch will be delivered while you are doing the class.


No standing in line waiting for your lunch order, no deciding where to go get lunch, just come work out and get to choose from three healthy lunch options!! You'll feel better all day....we promise.
