Small Group Training / Bootcamps

SGT (Small Group Training) is plain old fun. A bunch of people trying to get fit together. We sweat, work hard, and laugh a good bit. We do everything here from HIIT, strength training, cardio bursts, monkey bars, skipping, hopping, mobility work, balance drills, agility, and a touch of fun. We all lay down and stretch at the end and talk about how hard the workout was….yep good stuff.

Small Group Training Classes are offered at the following days/times:

Sundays @10am
Mondays @5:45am
Wednesdays @5:30pm
Fridays @5:45am

At this group fitness class, we do TRX, cardio, free weights, weight machines, battle ropes, push sleds, monkey bars, jump rope, and just about anything else you can think of to help you get in the best shape of your life. We would love for you to join us. The first class is free so come check it out. We have a lot of people asking if they can bring their child and yes you can!!

Cost: $20 Drop-In
$120 – 2x a week classes
$70 – 1x a week class
