We’ll help you get stronger, feel better, and improve your overall health. We help our clients to develop lifestyle changes, rather than short term weight loss. We provide programs, motivation, and general health guidance to help our clients maintain lasting health improvements. Our clients matter to us, which is why our personal trainers dedicate one on one time for training with each client, so your workout is personalized to you and your goals, with a clear focus on an individualized fitness plan.

 

Small Group Training: Small group training is the Total Training Center’s group fitness class, so if you’re looking for group workouts, this is the best option for you. These classes are designed to get your heart racing, and combine strength training, balance drills, cardio, HIIT, and partnered workout elements. If you thrive on competition and enjoy team workouts, then small group training is for you. These classes are led by our personal trainers, which ensures that your form will be corrected, and you will receive full instructions on each and every exercise. We offer small group training classes Sundays @ 9:30 am, Tuesdays at 5:30 pm, and Thursdays at 5:30 pm. Your first class is free, so you can try it out risk free.

 

Gym Membership: At the Total Training Center, we strive to provide a world class facility, with a neighborhood feel. Located in the heart of Normaltown, we promote high quality fitness 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Total Training Center started in a 800 square foot basement in 1996. We started with just 11 people and have worked our way up from there. It has always been a family, our clients.
