By day, Beth works in global clinical supply management, helping to deliver new clinical trial drugs to the patients who need them.  She has always had a passion for living healthfully – and for learning and sharing science-based ways of doing just that. Beth has been a member of the Total Training family for nearly a decade.

Josh Bricker

Josh Bricker is a Strength and Conditioning Coach that has years of experience with clients at all levels. He has professional athletes, young athletes in development, and everyday just want to stay in shape folks. Josh got his Master’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Georgia and is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and has a Functional Movement Screen Certification (FMS-1). Whether you are looking to improve in sport performance or looking to improve quality of life, Josh is the coach for you! Fun fact: Josh is also a country music artist and singer-songwriter that travels all over to play shows and you can find his music on Spotify!

Thomas Embry

Thomas Embry is a Strength and Conditioning Coach that has experience across all age groups from kids to senior adults. His passion and focus is sports specific training and youth athletes, but loves helping anyone who wants to reach their fitness goals and aspirations. Thomas played college baseball at LaGrange College where he studied Exercise Science and is USAW-1 and CPR certified. So whether you are looking for some sports performance for your kids or want to improve your own life through exercise, Thomas is your man!

Corrin Pierce

Corrin Pierce

Corrin Pierce is a strength & mobility coach who specializes in getting you strong and mobile despite your complications (physical, mental, or otherwise!). Informed by her 20+ years as a massage therapist & 15 years as a rehab-focused Pilates instructor, she has extensive training in anatomy, multiple movement disciplines, and compassionate coaching for all.


Corrin joined the Total Training family after living in Los Angeles for 15 years, where she worked at Hero’s Journey Fitness, HK Fitness, and Nerdstrong Gym (where she was certified a Gym Master with the sword to prove it!). She holds additional certifications from Tune-up Fitness, Crossfit, Onnit, as well as continued education in pre- and post-natal exercise.
