There is a lot of positive change happening around us. You may have noticed we are now “Total Training Center” instead of “Total Training Gym and Yoga Center.” Our business has grown tremendously over the last decade (can you believe we have been around for seventeen years!) and so we decided to take things to the next level.

Our yoga facility has become so successful that we decided to give it a new name, new brand, and allow the business to thrive on its own outside of Total Training. We are pleased to announce the rebirth of Chase Street Yoga! All of the information regarding our yoga facility now lives on its own site. Don’t worry, the yoga center you’ve come to love is still the same, just better!

Total Training Center has gotten a makeover as well (notice the new site?) but we’re also the same friendly neighborhood gang from years ago.
